The University of Cape Coast College of Distance Education (UCC CoDE) has issued a statement which seeks to bring to the notice of graduands of Distance Education students who completed their undergraduate programmes of study in March 2021.
The University Management has given a special dispensation for the distribution of their certificates ahead of the congregation scheduled for the end of October 2021.
According to the circular released and signed by the AG. College Registrar, Isaac Elliot Nyeiku, the certificates would be distributed in compliance with the COVID-19 Protocols. The specific date is scheduled between Tuesday 5th October 2021 to Monday 11th October 2021 at the respective regional offices of the College. The certificate is for the 2019/20 Undergraduate Distance Students.
Confirmation of Graduation Status
Graduands are to confirm their graduation status at codegradlist.ucc.edu.gh before they can pay a graduation fee of GHC370 .00 at any branch of GCB Bank Ltd. into Account Number 3021130002394.
National / Students ID Cards
The original (hard copies) of National or students identification numbers (IDs) of graduands would be inspected before issuance of certificates. This implies that all graduating students are to present this documents to their centres before the certificates will be given to them.
All Graduands who wish to collect their certificates within the above indicated period are expected to pay all their outstanding fees and the graduation fees latest by Friday, October 1, 2021.
For students who have earlier paid portions of their fees, into different GCB accounts, they are expected to pay the remainder into the GCB account given above and submit their receipts at the certificate collection point for the necessary assistance.
Graduands who would not be able to meet the deadline or collect their certificates as scheduled could collect them during the congregation or from November 1, 2021 Mondays to Thursdays, 8 am to 4 PM DAILY at UCC CoDE North campus, Cape Coast.
