The grand finale of the 2021 National Science and Maths Quiz competition just ended with Prempeh College beating the Presbyterian Boys Senior High School and Keta Senior High Technical School to become champions.

The competition was a very tight one as predicted by many even before the contest. The six times champions, Presbyterian Boys Senior High School were poised to add the seventh trophy but the Prempeh College guys slowed them.

At the first round, Presbyterian Boys jumped to lead the contest, followed by Prempeh College and then Keta Senior High. The Presbyterian Boys maintained their lead from round one to round three, but Prempeh College guys, even though followed the second position, did not allow any gap between them.

Prempeh College maintained a difference of two points throughout to round four when they took over. They jumped to lead to victory. They beat Presec-Legon by surprise becoming this year's champions
