In a press release signed by the Deputy Director General, the service said the opening date has been postponed to Thursday 18th March through to Sunday 21st March. This action is to give students who have had issues with their self placement time to complete the process.
Also others who have not completed their school's admissions process have been encouraged to use the extension time to complete the process.
The Service added that, rescheduling will also help parents have adequate time to prepare their children for school as well as give schools additional time to prepare to welcome them.
This is a great decision by the Ghana Education Service (GES). Let all come together and accept this decision. Please like, share, comments and follow me for more. Thanks you.
