Over forty-six thousand teachers took part in the 2021 Promotion Aptitude Test. They (candidates) are eagerly anticipating and waiting for the results to be released.
Per laid down procedure, Ghana Education Service through the examination consultant is currently marking the papers and putting figures together.
Bar any last minute hitch, Ghana Education Service is likely to release the result next month, that is May 2021. The supervisory body made public last year's result on 4th May, 2020.
Last year's release letter
The successful candidates were quickly put on their new grades and scales by the Controller and Accountant General's Department (CAGD) in June 2020.
It is not apparently clear as to Wheather Ghana Education Service would meet the May 2021 time line as some of the promotion candidates could not write the examination in February but did so in March.
Prospective promotion candidates for next year will be hoping that the Chief Examinar's report will accompany the release this year.
