The Management of the Institute for Distance Education and e-Learning (IDeL), University of Education, Winneba (UEW), has organized a day’s interactive workshop at Wadoma Royale Hotel in Abuakwa, Kumasi, for Heads of Host Institutions of the various centers of the institute.
The interactive workshop was to strengthen the bond between the two parties and to discuss germane issues of mutual interest to sustain and deepen the programs at the various centers.
Ag. Pro-Vice-Chancellor, UEW, Prof. Andy Ofori-Birikorang, addressed participants on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor, Rev. Fr. Prof. Anthony Afful-Broni, welcome Heads of Host Institutions to the workshop and thanked them for the cooperation IDeL has enjoyed operating in their respective institutions for all this while
He expressed satisfaction for how the workshop had dialogued to find a common ground for the resolution of issues raised.
Also, present at the workshop were Prof. Dandy Sampson, Director, ITECPD; Mr. William Adjei-Bieni, Deputy Registrar, IDeL, and the moderator of the program.
