Ghana Education Service (GES) responsible for the promotion has commenced sending messages which contain index Numbers and Exams centers to qualified applicants of the 2021 promotion exams.
Many applicants can confirm that on the 24th of November 2021, they received messages with specific date schedule for writing the exams.
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has released a list of names and exams centres of qualified applicants for the second edition of the 2021 aptitude test.
Among the ranks released are the Principal Superintendent (PS), Assistant Director II (ADII), Assistant Director I (ADI), and Deputy Director (DD).
According to the GES, persons who met all the qualifications have their index numbers and exams centres generated and will be sent to their mobile phone numbers that were used during the application process. It can be confirmed that the GES has started sending SMS messages to qualified applicants.
Contained in the message are the dates when the exams will be written, index numbers, and the exam centres. 20th and 21st December 2021 and is the scheduled date for the promotion exams.
Applicants are therefore urged to monitor their SMS inbox for the said message to enable them to correct any mistake associated with the message as early as possible.
All successful applicants waiting are to take note of these;
Candidates should arrive at the center at least one hour before the test start.
Candidates should bring along a valid photographic National ID
Candidates should bring along original copies of their last promotion or upgrade letters, and original certificates in the case of those who qualify based on their masters degree.
The schedule dare for the Exams is 20th and 21st December 2021.
This promotion examination is for those who are above the rank of the rank of Principal Superintendent (PS). Those who have been shortlisted for PS are not part of the examination.
