Ghana Education Service: Senior High Schools Welcomes SHS1 Students today 

Senior High Schools in the country including Technical and Vocational Education welcomes first year students today.

The first year students have completed their admission process and they reporting to school today to begin academic work.

New environment; most of the students will be excited in their new environment that is the school, others will need longer time to adjust to the new environment.

Seniors bullying Juniors and etc. during the first day in the Senior High School, first year students goes through a lot of bullying which is normal, tradition goes on in all Senior High Schools across the country.

All first year students are welcome to their new school, as a first year students you open any chapter in your life today.

The new chapter of life is open today for the first year students, some students will make friends today, the good and the bad friends.

To be successful in life, it begins today as they climb the academic ladder with their first step to success.

Some friends will make them successful in life, that is the academic partners they choose from their first day in the Senior High Schools, or their Secondary School life some friends will also lead to their failures.

Parents are advised to talk their children and guide them whenever they get opportunity to meet with their children, semester break, visiting hours and vacations.

All parents are advised to take their children National Health Insurance Card along which will be inspected in the Schools, Students may be denied entry to the school without National Health Insurance Card.

Personal belongings should mark with permanent markers to be identify by the students. Energy drinks and all kinds of artificial fruit drinks should not be provided for children as part of their provisions, these causes sickness among students.
