Achimota Headmistress: Meet The Former School She Was Heading, Notable Alumni And Staff

This school is a co-educational second cycle institution in the Eastern Region of Ghana. The school was established in the year 1936 by three elders of the Methodist Church at Asafo-Akyem as a preparatory institution to prepare Ghanaian students who want to sit the then junior Cambridge Examination

The school was relocated to Kibi in the eastern part of Ghana in the year 1967 to enable all more students especially those from the catchment area of the town to enroll in the school
