The hardworking teacher was among the list of teachers awarded by the Adom Awards Scheme led by the Deputy Minister Of Transport, Honorable Fedrick Adom Obeng who also doubles as the Member of Parliament for Upper West Akim Constituency.
The teachers who received the prizes include subject tutors in the field of Social Studies, English Language, Science, Mathematics, Information and Communication Technology and the overall best teacher.
The award is an initiative by Honorable Fredrick Adom Obeng to show appreciation to the hardworking teachers in the district for their yeoman’s job in the field of academics which has led to improvement in the overall performance of students especially Presbyterian Senior High School, Adeiso West African Senior School Certificate Examination(WASSCE).
The ceremony was organized on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at the Presec, Adesio Assembly Hall.
Also present at the august occasion was the District Chief Executive, Eugene Kwabena Sackey for the constituency.
