The General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketiah but popularly known as General Mosquito discloses the reason why he is no more contesting for the position of General Secretary anymore.
According to General Mosquito, the seat of the General Secretary is not for him but rather sits on it only if he is elected after four (4) years.
Therefore, General Mosquito claims to leave the seat to the university graduates because their time has come.
General Mosquito believes that most graduates from universities are done with their national services in the field of politics and therefore, there is a need for vacancies to appear for them to apply.
Due to that, General Mosquito said that he won't want to become an obstacle in the life of the university graduates and that is why he resigned from the General Secretary seat.
