Senior High Schools have been spending lots of money in printing students terminal reports. In some schools students are asked to buy self address envelopes with postal stamps for the school administration to send their terminal reports to their parents.
Some of the schools were given out terminal reports to parents when they attend Parent Teacher Association (PTA) meeting. Parents who are not able to attend PTA meetings will have to travel to the school to request for terminal reports for their wards. Schools were given out reports cards to students when they are going for vacation to be given to their parents, students who are academically poor in school keep their reports cards or destroy it before they get home.
Teachers in the Senior High Schools were going through a lot of difficulties to enter their students examination records, some teachers will have to travel from their hometown when they are enjoying their holidays to the school to enable them enter students exams marks.
