According to Captain Smart on Onua fm, he said teachers salary is too small as the kind of work they do is more than what they receive.
According to him, teachers have had their salaries increased by only 4% while other top officials have had their salaries increased by 79%.
He said this is a shame and teachers are the most useless people in Ghana. He also continued that he is happy he is not a teacher.
He made this official statement on Onua FM: “The most useless people in Ghana are teachers. I thank God I am not a teacher. When you pressurize a hungry man, he will come after you.”
Captain didn't mean to insult teachers as some people have claimed, he only said this to mean teachers are being overused and also given small salary afterwards.
He therefore urged all teachers to quit and find different jobs as teaching doesn't pay.
