The university of Education, Winneba has now drawn the curtain off the long awaited graduation slated to take place in the month of May. Students who took the opportunity to study with the university since 2019 for the various distance and sandwich programs especially, had the expectation to see their programs come to an end in 2020 last year. But the unfortunate thing was the covid which took its toll on everything, affecting the distance and sandwich students to continue with their studies virtually, through the internet. They, however, did not have deal with studying online alone but had to see their tuition period shift to a later date.
Through it all, the university did its possible best to get the students to complete at an appreciable time and all necessary arrangements be made for them to graduate. The good news is that, finally, the university has scheduled to graduate students at 25th congregation ceremony, 2nd session for the award of degrees, diplomas and certificate programs, as published on its website. The congregation will be done virtually, online, with the exception of PhD, and undergraduate first class students who will allowed to be at the venue. Parents, family and friends will also not be allowed on the campus. Congratulations to every graduating student. Check below for a quick info.
