The young girl by name Samelia Mekporsigbe is a class three pupil of Battor D/A Primary School in the Volta region. She is trending on social media because she in the winner of the just ended Reading Competition which was held in the Volta region by the USAID Learning Initiative. She contested with several persons in all the 17 districts and she became number one in the region.
Okudzeto Ablakwa has taken to his social media page to express his gratitude to this young child. Okudzeto Ablakwa has therefore made some investment in her by gifting her a Samsung Tablet as well as ¢3,000 cash to enable her prepare for the next competition which would be held at the National level. Aside this, Okudzeto Ablakwa has given her a full scholarship to the university level.

This is not the first time Okudzeto Ablakwa has shown love to his constituents. He is often tagged as one of the best members of Parliament in Ghana's history.
Aside showing love to his constituents, he is also making sure the NPP government is always accountable for every thing they do. He has been dropping some statistics about how much the country spend each time the president flies in a hired private jet. Aside this, he has exposed some activities on the National Cathedral project.
