Following Adom FM afternoon news today another sad news has hit the University of education winneba, Mampong Campus. According to the report, fire has guts down the administration block of the campus which is very painful.
The incident happened today around 10:00 AM. They called the fire service team to come for their rescue and the fire service took one hour before they reported. And it was unfortunate the fire covered the whole building before they came.
According to an interview they had with one of the fire service officers revealed, they have short of water for over a week and they went to fill their tanker before the call came and they didn’t have any other option to come with the level of water they have pumped.
They got to the campus and the fire has guts down the whole administration block. They did what they could do but fire guts down everything.
