As today marks the last day for the 2020 Basic Education Certificate Examinations, 60-year-old Madam Elizabeth Yamoah, would heave a sigh of relief as she celebrates her graduation.
In a new photo sighted by Daily View Gh on social media, a rather elated Madam Elizabeth Yamoah brought out the child in her as she joined her JHS3 classmates to celebrate their successful completion of junior high school.
The 60-year-old student of Agona Odoben Presby Junior High School was part of the 531,705 candidates who sat for 2020's BECE which came to an end today, September 18, 2020.
Unfortunately, the growth in the elderly proportion of the population is occurring at the same time traditional systems of protection and care for the aged are breaking down on account of urbanization, socioeconomic development, and globalization.
