The management of the Ghana Education Service has issued a directive to all regional Directors of Education in the country concerning the exact date to begin the processing of teachers seeking reposting.
In a letter sighted by bricyboateng.com and signed by the of Human Resource Department at the GES headquarters, Mrs Adjoa Van Vicker, all regional, municipal/metropolitan and district directors of education are to begin the processing of teachers seeking intern regional or district reposting on August 1,2021.
Thus, teachers to be reposted in January 2022. The change in date is as a result of the changes in the academic calendar.
Issuance of assurance letter
The issuance of assurance letter begins on August 1,2021. Further, completed applications for interregional postings to be forwarded to the GES headquarters latest by September 30, 2021.
Management of GES wishes to inform all teachers seeking reposting that only those approved and issued a reposting letter by the Director-General will be reposted.
