The management of the university of Cape Coast has sent text messages to the 3-Semester students who are pursing primary and junior high school programmes across the various study centres.
The message reads, “You are required to log into the student portal now and upload your nice passport-size photo for processing your student ID card. Deadline: 26/05/2021.”
The purpose of this exercise by the institute is to enable the large number of students who did not get their student ID during the first semester to acquire their card. Although passport pictures were taken whiles in school, there were lapses in the printing of the card. Some students had their passports pictures mismatched with their names.
As part of correcting the errors, every student is required to upload his/her passport picture on the student portal before the deadline on Wednesday , May 26,2021. The ID card is necessary for writing your examination and quizzes on campus.
The passport picture should have the following requirements
1. White background
2. JPEG photo format
3. 640 pixels x 480 pixels dimension
Once you upload your passport picture, you cannot change it again. Kindly be in your best outfit and good mood before taking the picture.
It has been reported that not all the students have received the text message from the institute. However, you are required to follow the instructions before it gets late.
