The local level decisions for the Lower Manya Krobo Metropolitan have been concluded by the Electing Commission, Ghana (EC) after an application for a directive by two youngsters.
This was contained in a press proclamation given on Monday, January 16.
"The Appointive Commission wishes to illuminate the overall population that the Lower Manya Krobo Region Level Decisions scheduled for Tuesday, January 17, 2023, have been dismissed," Director Jean Adukwei Mensa composed.
"This has become vital because of an application for a directive recorded against the Electoral Commission at the High Court in Koforidua."
The two young people, Michael Tetteh and Heavenly Messenger Agyeman, who as of late turned 18 and guaranteed the EC had abused their protected right to practice their establishment in the looming region level races in accordance with Article 33 of the 1992 Constitution,

The case has since changed the constituent schedule for the gathering and unit board individuals' political races in the Lower Manya Krobo Region.
This year, the gathering races should be hung on Tuesday, January 18 yet the application for an interlocutory order against the EC by the young people would postpone the decisions until after the assurance of the case.
The EC would need to set another date after the case.
The Lower Manya Krobo City Gathering is comprised of 31 chosen individuals.
