Yesterday marked the 70th Birthday Anniversary of the National Democratic Congress's 2020 Presidential running mate, Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang. Several Ghanaians sent their respective goodwill messages to the academician and former Education Minister.

The Member of Parliament for North Tongu Constituency, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa went a step further in marking the 70th birthday anniversary of Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang. Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa launched a special intervention in honour of Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang whom he described as his outstanding boss and mentor. Hon. Okudzeto Ablakwa stated that he has sponsored the Girls Education Unit of the North Tongu Education Directorate to roll out a special intervention for 700 vulnerable girls at the Upper Primary and Junior High School levels. These school girls would receive a free monthly package for their hygiene needs.

Check below for some of the reactions of Ghanaians to the intervention launched by Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa:

This is not the first intervention the Honorable Member has brought on board for his constituents. Hon. Ablakwa recently handed over a Combine Harvester and Power Tillers to the Aveyime Rice Farmers Association. He has also launched the Furniture and Footwear Bank (FFB) for vulnerable children within the area. What do you make of Hon. Ablakwa's new intervention he has brought on board?
