University Teachers Association(UTAG) is set to go on strike again after failed negotiations

Reports coming in from the camp of several media stations indicates that, the University Teachers Association is set to resume their strike after one month suspension period.

According to several sources, this new strike will be blamed on the minister of finance after he failed to attend meetings instead he uses delegates to represent him in the meeting.

This has not gone well with the leaders of UTAG as they believed l it is not a sign of respect.

They are therefore preparing to resume their strike action anytime soon.

This comes after the University teachers went on a three week strike where university students were stranded on campus for those weeks.

Government urged them to resume work and there will be talks on their matter but to no avail. The UTAG is set to resume again and this time, it will be indefinite.

Indefinite here means, they will not suspend again unless their wish are granted to them.

As at now, most tertiary students are on vacation, however, the strike can resume and it will still affects the students body.

All updates on this will be broadcast here.
