According to post on official Facebook page of the Ghana Education Service, Mr. Francis Donkor was ordered to hand over the administration and management of the school to the Ashanti Regional Director of Education pending investigation into the alleged canning of the student.
"Mr. Francis Donkor ,Headmaster of Jachie Pramso SHS has been interdicted effective 7th September 2021 pending investigations into the alleged canning of a student. He has been directed to handover the administration and Management of the school to the Ashanti Regional Director of Education" the statement read.
Background: the headmaster of Jachie Pramso Senior High School is reportedly to have canned one student, Mary leaving bruises all over her back. The incidence have incurred massive anger among parents and guardians at large. Reports have it that the lady called Mary was canned for giving her coat to a student punished by the headmaster.
