There are some universities in the country who still have their admission forms open. Some universities have already closed their forms and are in the process of admitting students. There are four universities who have extended their admission deadlines since the forms were released.
Normally, university academic calendar starts each year from September. But due to the outbreak of the corona virus, things have changed.
Below are the universities who still have their forms on sale.
#1. University of Ghana
Ghana's premier university still have their admission forms open. The deadline for their admissions is 31st October, 2021. This is for regular or undergraduate students. Final year students who are currently writing their WASSCE can also apply.
#2. Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology
They still have their admission forms at the various buying points such as banks and post offices. The admission deadline for this university for undergraduate students is on 30th November, 2021. Post Graduate students admission deadline is also on 31st October, 2021.
#3.University of Education, Winneba
UEW also have extended their admission deadline so many times. The current admission deadline is on 30th November, 2021 for direct applicants.
#4. Akenten Appiah Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED)
This is a new university in the country which was formed out of University of Education, Winneba. Admission deadline for this university is on 31st October, 2021.
All final year students who are currently writing their West Africa Secondary School Certificate Examination can also apply as awaiting applicant.
