Education Minister visits some schools in the Central Region

The Minister of Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, has paid an astonished visit to four (4) chose senior secondary schools in the Central Region, Friday, April 23, 2021. 

The schools are Wesley Girls High School; Academy of Christ the King; Holy Child Senior High School; and St. Augustine's College. 

The goal of the visit was to screen the adherence to the Covid-19 conventions, execution of the Free SHS Policy and instructing and learning. 

The Minister was dazzled with the exercises in the schools and lauded the directorate, tops of the schools just as educators for their great work. 

From that point onward, the Minister additionally introduced five computerized pianos to some fundamental schools around there. 

These are St. Augustine's Practice School; St. Monica's Girls Basic School; Elmina Methodist Basic School; Okyeso M/A Basic School; and Badu Walker Basic School at Abura Dunkwa. 

This gift was to increase the educating of music in essential schools. 

Getting the things, the Regional Director of Education, Martha Owusu Agyeman (Mrs), communicated appreciation and guaranteed the Minister that the gadgets will be put to generally excellent use
