Senior High School first year Students and SHS2 track Gold students are to report to School for academic work on 10th March, 2021.
The first year Students are currently going through admission process in various Senior High Schools.
The Director General of Ghana Education Service, assured parents/ guardians and students that, First year students will be given one week to prepare for school.
professor Opoku Amankwaa, the Director General of Ghana Education Service indicated that, management of Ghana Education Service will consult heads of Senior High Schools for first year students to be given one week to prepare adequately for school.
Some parents and students have started going to various schools to present their placement form for admission and prospectus. The prospectus are list of items students are expected to send to school, most parents have called on Ghana Education Service to give them some time to enable them buy the list of items prescribed by the school.
This year Computerized School Selection and placement has been smooth and comfortable for parents and students.
No issue of male student getting placement into all female school.
Ghana Education Service further advised parents guardians and students not to engaged individuals who may approach them to facilitate change of School.
