Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang has attracted a lot of reactions from social Media users after she boldly speaks about the teacher trainee allowance when John Dramani Mahama was in power. Speaking as the former Minister of Education, Professor Jane Naana made it clear that, NDC did not cancel teacher trainee allowance but they rather made it in a form of loan where student can get access to huge amount of money in other to settle their debts in Schools.
Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang made this statement when she was addressing members of the Tertiary Education Institutions Network (TEIN) student wing of the NDC at the Wesley College in Kumasi on Sunday April 24.
“Education should never be handled as a matter of expediency, that is dangerous. You must make the right decisions because education is about the future. All of you sitting here young people, it is about your future". - Jane Nana Stated.
