The Registrar of Ghana Scholarship Secretariat, Dr Kingsley Agyeemang through his 'Time With Kingsley Series' in the Abuakwa South Municipality in the eastern region has advised students to make their relationships a currency.
According to him, Relationship is a currency, in that everybody needs an introduction in one way or the other.
"I always say that we don't have control over who gives birth to us. Who we are born to or where we are coming from. God in his own infinite wisdom had all these already planned. Don't take relationships for granted. It is very very important. So make relationship a currency. You don't know who and where you will need help from in the next future" - Dr Kingsley Agyemang said.
He admonished that the students keep working hard both academically and on their relationships.
He further urged them to work towards having an impact in the community and the nation at large.
Enthused by the speech, the students asked for further clarification on making relationship a currency.
Dr Kingsley Agyemang explained that "the beginning of their mates may look small but their future may be big. However, those they see as nobodies may be the next president, lawyer and of course personalities they may need favor from so the need to build a very good relationship."
Dr Kingsley Agyemang added that "what you feed your mind with is very very important. If you feed with failure, you become a failure".
He finally urged them to prepare their minds to embrace opportunities and utilize it.
Time With Kingsley Series is an initiative of Dr Kingsley Agyemang to coach and mentor the young in his municipality. With his #Power To Empower a and nurturing the seeds of tomorrow, Dr Agyemang, has already engaged the students of Abuakwa State College and Apedwa Presbyterian SHS.
