In Africa, there are many things that we lack from all angles. Among our serious lacks is the infrastructure that the next generation needs to thrive and give us their best in the years to come.
A young girl in the hinterland of Ghana caught the eyes of some Ghanaians after Saddik Adams aired a problem concerning a girl who was learning under a streetlight in the evening.
The Rotary Club of Accra Cantonments has done the needful by donating 120 solar lamps to the school the lady as part of their social duty.
Not everything can be done by the government and it has become the duty of some renowned groups in society to take up certain social duties for a better tomorrow.
This is the appreciation post of Saddik Adams after the donation.
"The last time I went to my village, saw this girl learning under a streetlight cos her house has no electricity. I made a post about her zeal.
"Today, the Rotary Club of Accra Cantonments traveled around 850km to donate 120 solar lamps & other learning materials to her school."
