Mfantsipim Schools Kicks Augusco, Wesley Girls and SWESCO During The NSMQ Regionals.
Two times champions of the National Science and Maths Quiz Competition, Mfantsipim School has won the a contest featuring themselves, St. Augustine College, Wesley Girls and Swedru Senior High School.
Wesley Girls Senior High School was the reigning Central Regionals Champions. However, tables turned right from the onset as Mfantsipim who couldn't qualify to the regional finals has managed to kick them out.
St.Augustine's College was initially leading with four marks. However, during the last round, Mfantsipim School managed to answer two of the questions which earned them seven marks to gunner a total of 52 marks as Augusco remained at the same 49 marks they gained.
This is and has so far been the tightest Regionals contest. Presbyterian Boys Senior High School has secured for themselves the Greater Accra Regional Champion. Who wins for Central as Adisadel College and Mfantsipim plus two other schools will meet at the finals tomorrow.
