According to the chairman of the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE), Mrs. Josephine Nkrumah she said, the NCCE will be delivering copies of the 1992 constitution of Ghana to all schools in Ghana.
This project will be done by visiting schools and places where people mostly visit too. Such malls, markets and the communities.
Before you get a copy of the constitution, you will be questioned on the constitution itself and the basic values Ghanaians, she stated. She also added that, you will be receiving other gifts aside the constitution.
Also, you will stand the chance of gaining one constitution by knowing at least some familiar articles, chapters and mostly the duties of the citizens of Ghana, she added.
But the question is how can the person know these familiar articles and chapters if he or she has never read the constitution before. Then meaning the person will not get the chance to win a copy of the constitution which is so bad.
According to the NCCE the distribution exercise will commence on 26th to the 28 of April, 2021. That is from Monday to Wednesday
The nationwide distribution exercise according to the National Commission will commence from Monday, the 26th to the 28th of April, 2021.
