The Ghana Education Service is an agency under the Ministry of Education responsible for implementing policies that ensure that Ghanaians of school going age irrespective of their tribe, gender disability, religion and political deposition receive quality formal education.
The Ghana Education Service is governed by a council called the GES Council. The service has teaching and non-teaching staffs. On yearly basis, the Service organizes promotional interview for staff to upgrade deserving staff to higher grades in the service. The teaching staff in the recent promotion took and examination instead of the interview that was previously used.
In a letter signed by the Deputy Director General, Anthony Boateng, of the GES in said "Management of the Ghana Education Service is pleased to inform staff that the promotion interview results to various non-teaching grades held from 9th to 31st March, 2020 has been released.
According to the Management of the GES, 61.94 percent of the candidates were successful.

www.gespromotions.gov.gh for a fee of ghc10.
