The President His Excellency Nana Akufo Addo was called upon by the University of Cape Coast (UCC) to confer on him an honorary doctorate. The Doctor of Philosophy in Education Leadership was awarded to the president for his achievements and feats in the education sector.
Particularly introducing the free shs makes it possible for all Ghanaians from all walks of life to get access to equal and affordable education. Vice-Chancellor of UCC Professor Johnson Nyarko Boampong presenting the award said, his resilience and inspiring leadership have contributed to the realization success of the free SHS policy. The occasion was wholesomely welcomed by Ghanaians as they congratulate the president on his attainment of the doctorate.
Whiles the eyes and minds of the media, ladies and gentlemen at the occasion, and the whole nation was glued to the ceremony, a unanimous photographer spotted something unusual.
Suddenly the legs of Mr. President had metamorphosed into four instead of two. After the picture's varability, most ghanains interpret the other legs as the b1aackup alarm for the president. Netizens were fast enough to assume the person was deliberately placed behind the president to keep him awake all the time. In other words, the legs behind will be kicking that of the president when he dozes off. and this they believe was the arrangement by the presidency to prevent the repetition of the president's habitual sleeping at ceremonies.
As of now, there hasn't been any concrete conclusion to the picture as to how, when, and where the other legs came in play.
