The issue of patriotism and nationalism is a big challenge facing Ghana.
Almost every Ghanaian seems not to care about the country in terms of willfully devoting oneself or spending a penny for the development of the nation.
Many Ghanaians feel that the winner takes it all syndrome still persists therefore politicians who are the sole beneficiaries of the nation's rich resources must at all course raise the standard of the nation at all levels.
However, National Service Teacher, Madina Adutwumwaa Asare has a different perception about the whole thing. She believes that the citizenry has a major role to play in nation-building.
Just recently, she changed the face of a school she is offering her National service.
Teacher Ewuraama from her own coffers has renovated the Anyaano Primary-A Block at Moshie Zongo in the Kumasi Metropolis of the Ashanti Region.
Speaking on Oyerepa Breakfast Time, about how she came by money to refurbish the school , Teacher Ewuraama said, friends assisted her to embark on the kind gesture.
She spent a lot of money (undisclosed) on the project.
Commenting on what motivated her, she said she loves children. The very day she stepped up in the school, she realized that, the pupils, the school needed some help and that she must assist them.
According to her, as a student of early childhood, she will not stop giving out to needy pupils.
she will continue to fight for the success of Ghana's education.
