The study leave application window for the year 2021 has been opened by the Ghana Education Service (GES). Interested persons who want to go on further studies are urged to study the approved subjects before applying to prevent future inconveniences. All GES staff who intend to apply will have to contact Human Resource Management to pick up a form.
DOCUMENTS NEEDED AFTER APPLYING FOR GES STUDY LEAVE WITH PAY
In-service personnel who applied for the 2021 Ghana Education Service(GES) study leave with pay should ready themselves by gathering the under-listed documents for the collection of their letters.
1. 1st appointment letter
2. Admission letter
3. Current payslip
4. Personal record form
5. Last promotion letter (if any)
6. Bond form
7. Passport picture
8. Personal file
In addition, two (2) copies of monitoring forms will be collected at the end of the first semester.
The district approved lists will be sent to District Study Leave with Pay Coordinators with dates of collection by each District.
