Ghanaians have popular citizens which are better than those outsiders we usually depend on them for polished foods, automobiles and a lot of stuffs. These Ghanaians are only known by name but not their works and the qualifications they have. One of these popular Ghanaians in the sciences and the agricultural fields is;
Francis Kofi Ampenyin Allotey popularly known as Prof. Allotey. He was one of the finest scientists in the whole world, for his greatest contribution to the NASSA company in the US. He was the president of the Ghana academy of arts and science and one of a number of international scientific bodies. He was instrument in getting Ghana joined the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics.
Professor Sarfo Kantaka is also one of them who is an expect in engineering and automobile production and the production of purely organic foods. Though Ghanaians complain of the high prices of his products but he also donates some free of charge to national institutions like the security agencies to enchance their working rate.
With all these achievements of these peoples, they are not well known to students in Ghana but what they known is the whites who have done a little of what these Ghanaians have done.
Let's support our own, Ghana can live successfully without foreign aid.
