
The Ghana Education Service upon its strategic means for reopening schools amid Covid-19, halted the Junior High School section to go on a week mid-sem break.
It was made known by the Ghana Education Service that, Junior High Schools will be spending 21 weeks of academic activities as against the usual 14 weeks academic activities.
This initiative was put in place to help bridge the academic lapses since the emergence of the Covid-19 menace that hit the Education system and Ghana as a whole.
The one week mid-sem break given to the Junior High School section by the Ghana Education Service was to help both pupils and teachers take some rest since they have a long term to go as compared to previous years.
Information reaching Nanaosco News Source is, some pupils are contemplating as to whether or not they will be resuming from their one week mid-sem break.
The one week mid-sem break elapses on Friday, 19th March, 2021, and all pupils and teachers are encouraged to resume school for academic activities to continue.
