Information reaching out to the general public from the leadership of the Ghana Education Service is that newly posted teachers will be receiving their first payment at the end of April 2021.
All those teachers who have received their staff IDs and undergone the biometric process should be assured that their payment will be made this April to May. After the biometric of this teachers their bio data was sent automatically to their various schools.
On that matter these teachers were to submit their staff IDs to their various headteachers to confirm and validate them for the payment. Schools without management units will face some challenges but will be able to be validated when liked to a nearby school with management unit.
Hence, all the teachers should excise patient and wait for the payment on the very due time as scheduled.
Those who received their staff IDs in this April are expected to undergo their biometric by the end April to early May. Such teachers should note that at the end of May their payment will be settled and they will go about their work with ease.
