Update On National Science And Maths Quiz Finalists, Where Are They?

The National Science And Maths Quiz program has revealed some brilliant and intelligent students over the years.

Prempeh College, Legon Presec and Keta SHTS were the finalists for the 2021 National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ). This is an update of where the contestants are now.

PREMPEH COLLEGE

Eden Obeng- California Institute of Technology, USA

Abdul Majeed- University of Ghana, Medicine

Evans Oppong- KNUST, Electrical Engineering

LEGON PRESEC

Henry Otumfuo- University of Ghana, Medicine

Joel Aboagye- University of Ghana, Medicine

Prince Debrah- 14 Universities in the US including Columbia University, Cornell University, University of Pennsylvania, the prestigious MIT and Standford (he's yet to enroll in one).

KETA SHTS

Francisca Lamini- Harvard University

Bright Senyo- KNUST, Electrical Engineering

James Lutterodt- University of Ghana, Computer Science

Background

The above students were the finalist for 2021 Science and Maths Quiz. Prempeh College won the competition and Legon Presec placed second followed by Keta SHTS. Francisca Lamini, the only female among the finalist recieved massive praise and public acclaim for her accomplishment.
