Naa Koshie Manyo-Plange is the name of the winner of the 2021 spelling Bee. She is 11 years of age. She attends Roman Ridge School at Accra. She was speller number 15 in the competition. The last word that she correctly spelt to win the Spelling Bee trophy was "Amaxophobia" which means the "fear off being in or riding in a vehicle". Naa won the competition on the 15th round. And she is going to represent Ghana at the 94th Scripps National Spelling Bee in the United States of America (USA).
After winning the competition, Naa Koshie Manyo-Plange has payed a visit to the United States Ambassador to Ghana, at the U.S Embassy Ghana. The name of the US Ambassador to Ghana is Amb. Stephanie Sullivan. She went with her parents and other spellers. During the visit, Naa Koshie shared her experience and presented signed souvenirs to Stephanie Sullivan.
