
two newly posted teachers namely Azagsetelego Daniel and Dawuda Sulemana of Tongo-Beo JHS and Kpangoog Yamsuk KG/Primary Schools respectively had all their belongings burnt by fire on Friday, 14/01/2023 at Baare where they stay together in one house. Both teachers narrate that the incident happened around 2am when they were sleeping, fortunately, Dawuda woke up and saw the flames and then alerted his colleague.
The Municipal GNAT Secretary, Chairman,Trustee and some local executives visited the Members on 16/01/2023. And the two teachers were promised temporary accommodation and support but as to whether these promises would be fulfilled is another issue.
The fire victims have since been perching with their neighbors while waiting for the support from their sympathizers. Teacher Daniel and The Dawuda continue to plead with their superiors and general sympathizers for a quick aid to enable them serve Baare community well
