Some Professional teachers in Ghana who sat for the 2021 Promotion Aptitude Test are yet to know whether they have passed or not. Ghana Education Service has tasked its Regional Education Directorates to examine the last promotion letters of the affected teachers.
Reports coming in from some of the District Education Directorates in Ashanti Region reveal that, 2021 Promotion candidates who had issues have been asked to go the Regional Education Directorate with the prove of SMS or text messages sent to them (2021 candidates).
It means that, those who did not get text messages would not be entertained at the Regional Education office. Copies of current payslip, original last promotion letter and all certificates of the affected teachers will be inspected.
Teachers should note that, photo copies of the above mentioned documents will be taken after verification.
Staff of Ghana Education Service have questioned why this year's promotion has been characterised by numerous challenges as the portal for checking the results had to be closed for a brief period.
