This sad story has touched the heart of a Ghanaian business man and a philanthropist Dr. Kofi Amoah, popularly known as citizen Kofi, the man who brought American worldwide financial services and commercial company Western Union to Ghana has donated 25,000 Ghana cedis to help alleviate the plight of the poor little girl.
Agnes Mba's story went viral a couple of days ago. Agnes lower limbs got paralyzed when she was just three months old and she has since been unable to either stand or walk. Due to the condition of Agnes she was not enrolled in school early but she has shown a lot of determination to become useful to society despite her disability which she contribute to in anyway.
This sad development touched the heart of Ghanaian Media broadcaster and fashion designer Kofi Okyere Darko KOD who pleaded for support for a better life for Agnes. " Guys, can we do this together? let's get her a good wheelchair, some school supplies and provisions. I think it will make her life more comfortable and easier to education. Really, it is something that I could do with my household but I think we should all contribute together to support her. It is not just giving her a wheelchair but let's find a way of empowering her. KOD explained.
There cane Dr kofi Amoah who wanted to contribute his quota to lessen the plight of Agnes and donated 25000 Ghana cedis to support the purchasing of the wheelchair and other life enhasing equipment for Agnes.
