Host of National Science and Maths Quiz, Elsie A. B. Effah Kaufmann has stated that she receives death threat from some supporters.
Elsie Effah Kaufmann was asked if she has ever received backlash from people after the finals of National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ).
Responding to the allegation by some supporters that she gave Prempeh College an advantage in the contest, Elsie Effah Kaufmann said there are rules in the contest and if anyone has a problem, the problem must be solved before the winner is declared.
She also said she receives death threat after every edition of National Science and Maths Quiz as she has received death threat at the just ended contest too.
"Some of the supporters don't know there are rules in the contest. There are rules, the rules are given to the everyone, if you have problem, the problem must be solved right there," Elsie Effah Kaufmann said.
"If you wait and the final results are declared and everyone left the auditorium that's not when you will go to social media and rant, search for my email address and phone number then you send me death threat," she added.
"I've received it long ago," her response when she was asked about getting death threat at this year's contest.
