Nana Addo, See What We Are Eating: Students Of Kpeve SHS Lament.

A video has been circulating online and has revealed the propaganda of the current New Patriotic Party government concerning the Free Senior High School Policy. Not long ago, there was a rumor that most Senior High Schools in Ghana were facing food shortages. However, the government and its communicators debunked all the claims that such problems exist. It is very difficult to hide truths since reality and facts will expose you.

Students of Kpeve Senior High School in the Volta Region did a video and shared it on social media. Instead of them feeding on nutritious meals to face their final battle WASSCE Exams, they were served with "gari jollof", a term they made themselves to describe gari soaked in stew. There was no protein in the food from the video. Out of hunger, the students used offensive and disrespectful words on Nana Addo.

"Nana Addo, see what we dey chop. Nana this thing, ibi food? Gari Jollof? Every day we dey chop gari. Why ibi homowo festival we dey do for school? What this gari go do give we", the students lamented.
