The unemployment rate and hardship in the country Ghana now is very unbearable. It is very pathetic seeing a country whose energetic population most not employed. The rate at which people who have graduated from Universities across Ghana after paying huge amount of fees are not working has thrown a lot of both post graduate into a state of shock. Since they are thinking of how their life will be after graduation.
On the internet today as I was scrolling through one of my social media handles to read on updated news feed, an interesting picture came into my perspective which needs to be given a second look.

After I zoomed and gave a second look to the said picture, I saw a gentleman who is believe to be a graduate from the University of Ghana but have still not been employed.
Captain on the placard reads: 'please I need a job'. Below is a screenshot of the said graduate as captured on Facebook today.

What are suggestions on how government can address or curb graduate unemployment in the country?
