St Andrews SHS sets new record as old student Francis Anapey AY3 wins Sports Show Host of the year

Laying good foundation for the individuals in education is one of the key factors that stands tall to uplift them to achieve a tremendous height in all his endeavors in life.

Education equips the individual with relevant skills, knowledge, attitude that aid the individual to solve problems that are of personal and societal importance in life.

The kind of impact education have had on various individuals in our past and contemporary society remains a strong force to be reckoned with.

Some second cycle institutions like St Andrews SHS has more than what it takes to imbibe and imbue in students the requisite skills, knowledge that prepares them to climb the academic ladder to secure top jobs in the country.

Looking at the past WASSCE rankings by WAEC, that saw them on top in 2020, base on the 98% average pass mark obtained by the students, it is clearly evidential that when we talk about the best second cycle school in the country with better educational facilities, good education foundation, St Andrews SHS cannot be exempted.

The school had nurtured most students that we see in all the top universities and other tertiary institutions preparing to enter into the world of work.

The just ended Foklex Media Awards held at the National Theatre saw one of the product of St Andrews SHS emerge as the winner of the Sports Show Host of the year of Central Region with Rich FM, one of Dr Richard Kofi Asiedu's cluster of companies in the country

Francis Anapey AY3 former student of St. Andrews SHS who swooped the Best Sports host of the year, Central Region for the first time after taking over as the head of Sports at Rich Fm, Assin Foso in November 2020 is a native of Adanse Akroso in the Ashanti Region.
