We are still on the COVID-19 pandemic campaign as parents are calling upon the authority to close down schools because their children are important and vital to them.
Base on the Ghana Health Service COVID-19 update make it clear that the virus is still spreading in the country at a very high rate as the total confirmed cases reach 8000 plus already just from January to February.
However, our main headache now is our children who are in schools. Parents are now crying and calling upon the authority to close down schools because their children are contacting the virus.
As am talking to now, most of the schools are affected by the virus which puts the life of the students at a high level.
The atmosphere where the children are living in is very bad because they lack good ventilation and many more. Most of them even find it difficult to obey the COVID-19 protocols are stated although their teachers are trying their best but still.
In my opinion, I think the Ghana Education Service should close down for some weeks to see whether the cases in schools will slow down or not.
What do you think about it?
