John Dramani Mahama has dropped some pictures on his social media page to show his recent activity with some traditional authorities in the country.
John Mahama received the new queen mother of Sunyani, Nana Akosua Dua Asor Brayie II. John Mahama revealed that he congratulated the Queen Mother for her new achievementand urged her to be committed to her work as expected.
"Received the new paramount queen mother of Sunyani, Nana Akosua Dua Asor Brayie II, in my office on Monday. I congratulated her on the ascension to the stool and reiterated my commitment to work, as always, with our traditional authorities in the development of our communities" he posted.
The Queen Mother succeeded the late Nana Nyamaa Poduo II who passed away in 2019. Her visit to John Mahama was to introduce herself as the new queen mother and formally extend the delegation’s condolences to John Mahama following the demise of his brother, Adam Mahama.
