Tension has risen on the social media this evening after a certain sad news started circulating. People have been placed in the worry mood as they are asking questions and even doubting if it is really true. One of the greatest dancehall artists to ever step foot in Ghana has been reportedly shot by robbers.
I'm pretty sure that looking at the title of this article, you have an idea about who this person is. Charles Nii Armah Mensah popularly known in the show business as Shatta Wale is the trending man this evening.
Looking at a video which was posted in the past year, a prophet of God made a prophecy about how a great dancehall artist was going to be shot dead on the 18th day of 2021 which happens to be today. Well, the name of the man of God is Bishop Stephen Akwasi. He claimed that our dancehall king was likely to face the same fate as the legendary Lucky Dube. Here is the link to the video of the prophets making that prophecy.
It seems his prophecy has manifested. Nana Dope, a man reported to be a very close friend of the dancehall artist has given glimpses which confirms the trending news.
Looking at what he is posting, one can tell that things are not going on well. It seems that they have really succeeded in shooting our king. People have tried calling the number of Nana Dope just to confirm the incident but surprisingly, they claim his number is busy.
He claims Mr. Charles is receiving treatment at the emergency ward and the gunmen are still on the run. I am praying he is okay.
The social media is reacting massively to this incident. Some are hoping he comes out very strong and for some, they think this is just a planned work. They think this is just to make people give him an attention which I think isn't quite understandable. I wish him a speedy recovery.
