Lekxy the comic, Foster Romanus and Jacinta Ocansey were given the opportunities to join the conversation on the effects of Will Smith's slaps on comedians. Their thoughts were taken by Akorfa on TV3's simply showbiz show.

According to Lekxy the comic, he is now more careful about his utterance during his comedy shows but said that, every comedy tramples on a way of life or some sections of persons. Lekxy the comic also revealed that he remains grateful to 3music CEO, Baba Sadiq for the chance to unleash his talent on the music show.

Foster Romanus also explained that during a stand up comedy, any time he talks good about tall people, it would affect short people and so comedy is a way to laugh at ourselves. He added that Will Smith may be going through a lot of family issues hence his inability to accept Chris' joke. He advised that anyone who cannot be ready to laugh at himself should not attend a comedy show.

The host, Akorfa was surprised when Jacinta said she is not moved by the recent issue where Will Smith slapped Chris Rock. According to her, she has been busy performing in the UK Indigo and other international shows and can not be too careful during her stand-up comedy.
